In this Episode
Thinking about death and contemplating how we will be remembered isn’t something lots of busy women in all the asterisks of life do often. For lots of reasons. It is uncomfortable. It feels so abstract. It may highlight gaps in what we value and how we are living. It can bring up lots of emotion.
In this episode we go there. We discuss how we want to be remembered and what we hope can be said in our eulogies; what we want our legacy to be.
Key Thoughts
- What are the jolts, hard or lovely, that help shape your eulogy or legacy values?
- Can you embrace these as opportunities to grow?
- This is a process about looking inside; don’t let perfectionism drive the process.
- Write out your own eulogy values and invite some good friends to do it with you.
